Hello, or is the article on the details that prove to me the quality of my dress and alterations to be done for my costume is almost in half measures. Besides, I'm looking I do not really grasped the meaning of half measures.
Thank you for everything, the perfectionist that I am finally getting the appropriate advice.
# 8 by The Man chic at September 28, 2010
Hello Edgar,
The article on the details that make a difference is being investigated.
The first article of the third part of the record "how to choose his costume" should be published this weekend.
For half-measure suits, the suits are cut from an existing patronage and with a reduced number of measurements, as opposed to large extent the pattern is unique and designed according to a number of measures.

Correction:
In fact two items are to appear before the release of the third part of the record:
- Slots for ease of jacket
- The jacket pockets.

Hello Laurent,
Thank you for this article.
Fortunately the fabric Cerruti is not yet manufactured in China, but in Italy.
For brands that export their production: A case study "Lancel", which is making more and more bags in China ... and even Agnes B. only a small part of his men's clothing are made in France.
Please be careful, never hesitate to ask the sellers to see the label on which is inscribed the famous "Made in .... "
Happy Christmas and New Year!

Hello,
I visit your site because I am looking for an outfit to go for job interviews, my work and school leaving for work (bcp car trips =>).
My problem is that I know absolutely nothing about the suits, I would like to know a few brands I can find easily in stores or online (Yoox = good idea?).
I also have some style tips (cut, color). I measure 1m70, I weigh 58kg, developed shoulders, legs thin, blond. I like the dark gray suits with or without lines or solid dark blue.
I spotted two stores near me, one by costumes Digel synthetic fabric at about 260 € and the other more upscale (Hugo Boss, Kenzo) to € 5-600.
I have a budget of 5-600euros.

Hello Fochesato,
For a first suit, gray or navy seems perfect.
To take the fabric of wool even if it costs more, or you may perspire to your meetings.
For the brand, assure you a Boss cut young and dynamic, but I had reservations about the quality of tissues (especially in their entry-level).
If you try to go to Galeries Lafayette and the costumes look of their own brand (Jodphur I think). Good luck for your interviews!

Hello,
For the wedding of my sister, whose themes are the colors pink and yellow, I want to buy a costume class, which makes me value, but I could also wear for other occasions.
I'm short, stocky, broad shoulder (rugby player ... requires), with brown eyes brown skin with slightly dull and I do not know what to take. Can choose only one of two colors I chose pink, not liking too yellow. What do you recommend? I thought of a gray suit with pink shirt, I also hesitate with a pink bow tie. I often have problems when choosing costumes for those who go to my shoulders are often too long for my size, so I will all need to go through the broken "editing", but is it better to edit? Shorten the size or increase the shoulder width?
I know it's been a lot of questions but I'm confused ... I'm not on a color block or a model, I am open to all proposals.
Thank you in advance.
# 17 by Man chic at July 31, 2011
Hello Yannick,
It is always better to take a jacket whose size is perfect at the shoulders and bending to touch up and shortening jacket sleeves, pants.
You, too, depending on your budget, the possibility to find brands that sell directly to a suit with different lengths: for example hackett in each suit is broken down by size in 3 lengths (short, regular, long)
For color, a gray or navy suit, coupled with a pink shirt and a pink cover. The Mary Rose was well with the brown, so I recommend you blue suit, shirt, pink wallet, belt and brown shoes
All best wishes to your sister!
# 18 by Yannick at August 4, 2011
Thank you for those answers, I finally found what I needed. In fact I took a gray suit, blue shirt with very clear. I think to take a bow tie with pink it will not make too? With its colors stay on belt and brown shoes?
# 19 by Man chic at August 4, 2011
Yannick goodnight,
For shoes and belt, you can stay on the brown, black or test, you should be fine.
By cons I'm afraid the pink silk bow tie is difficult to place in an outfit. You can try with a tie of the same color.
To know if it will not make too ... It all depends on the color intensity of their reflections: it is sure to be the Tyler accadémique little ... But we do marry his sister once!
Ask him his opinion even qd

Hello!
I am doing some research to choose the characteristics of a bespoke suit. Do you think a jacket with the following characteristics give an elegant look?
-Straight Jacket
Picnic-collar
Two-button
Single-bending
-Shoulders cut in the English
-Back jacket: 6 cm
-Jacket with side slits
- Slanted pockets with flaps and
Wrist "surgeon"
-Stitched: discrete
-Interior pocket with half moon and snuff into the fabric of the costume.
And what form of pants would agree with this form?
Thank you for your response.
Ps: Your site is very interesting, it contains all the information needed to choose his tailored suit. Thank you from all its advice!
